Our History

PCCCLC was founded in 1972 as the first child care center in Pittsburg, with a mission to support families by offering affordable and reliable care for their children. Over the decades, we have grown and evolved to meet the needs of our community. In 2014, we moved to our current location, expanding our facility to accommodate up to 48 children, ranging from 12 months to kindergarten. Today, we continue to uphold our legacy of excellence in early childhood education.

Our Programs

The children are divided into 3 different rooms by age.  Children enjoy developmentally appropriate activities throughout the day. Our center is designed to meet the developmental needs of children at every stage. We divide children into three age-based rooms, where they engage in activities tailored to their growth and learning. From creative play to structured preschool lessons, our programs prepare children for kindergarten and beyond. We focus on fostering social skills, curiosity, and a love for learning in a safe and nurturing environment. Preschool activities are provided to prepare children for kindergarten.
